Empowering Skills. Building Confidence. Inspiring Independence.

Personalized adaptive skill development services for adults with autism, down syndrome, and other developmental disabilities.

We focus on practical, community-integrated skills that foster genuine independence. Individuals direct the style of support and time needed for learning skills how they want and need.

Supports are adapted through person centered planning.

Real support, how you want it.

Autonomy is built through action. We practice supported life skills by breaking down information into simple plain language, modeling the information or task, then stepping back as participants take the lead. Supports are faded gradually so each individual learns at their own pace.

By focusing on community-integrated pathways, we practice in real contexts and ensure every milestone translates directly to daily life. We provide pre-assessment meetings for person centered planning, which will direct the adaptive supports around what matters to you.

Start with an assessment of the person’s strengths, challenges, preferences, and goals. We make skills relevant to their daily life

Evaluate progress frequently and adjust the plan as needed.

Incorporate praise reinforcers to motivate learning and encourage correct responses

Use flexible communication methods, including simplified language, and visual supports such as schedules, social stories, and task charts

Break complex skills into small, sequential steps (task analysis) so the learner can master each part before moving on
